A major part of catalog audit is generating tickets and making sure that the changes are reflecting on the page. Amazon team itself resolves a ticket and doesn’t wait in case you have not responded.
A number of times, Amazon says the issue has been resolved when it hasn’t. We have a strong internal tracker which enables us to be very strong in our follow-up.
